This role exists to bolster the team's efforts in evaluating and optimizing machine learning algorithms. The successful candidate will collaborate with specialists and project owners to drive impactful outcomes.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Evaluate and validate machine learning and computer vision models to ensure robust performance.
- Design and implement metrics to assess model effectiveness.
- Conduct failure analysis to pinpoint and address model weaknesses.
- Preprocess and clean large datasets for modeling readiness.
- Optimize models for enhanced performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' industry experience.
- Proven expertise in data science, machine learning, computer vision, and statistical data analysis.
- Advanced programming skills in data manipulation and processing, particularly with SQL and Python.
- In-depth experience with machine learning model failure analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting using tools like Tableau, Superset, and AWS.
