• Analyze data to create ad hoc reports for various products
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency for technical analysis
• Develop and present reports to AppleCare Engineering
• Recommend improvements to enhance data quality at the contact center

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 1 year as a Mac+ AppleCare Senior Advisor or equivalent Apple Retail Store experience
• Expertise in creating reports with Excel
• Proficiency in developing presentations using Keynote
