In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage vendor contacts and ensure document compliance.
• Support third-party calibration setups and data entry.
• Review and update controlled documents.
• Export and manage reports using Excel.
• Provide routine support to lab, office, and field teams.
• Maintain cGMP compliant documentation within a CMMS database.

This role requires you to have:

• Two-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two years of applicable experience or equivalent education and military training.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 25%.

• Familiarity with SAP, ProCal, RAM, or Maximo.
