Apprize Technology is expanding their team with the addition of an Account Data Analyst. This role is vital in supporting client projects, focusing on configuration and maintenance tasks to enhance system functionality and user engagement. The position reports to the Systems Configuration Manager and offers the opportunity to solve complex problems within the client services team.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist with configuration setup during implementation and renewals.
• Maintain knowledge of internal systems for process improvements.
• Import and manage various data types such as demographic and enrollment information.
• Conduct quality testing and audits on client sites to rectify discrepancies.
• Prepare and test complex Excel data files and perform data mapping.
• Engage in special projects as required.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong attention to detail
• 2+ years of Employee Benefits experience
• Intermediate to expert level in Excel (including VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
