Aptara is searching for a Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is vital for supporting multiple teams through data analysis and predictive analytics, contributing to strategic decisions. The team aims to leverage data insights to enhance brand and marketing outcomes.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Support teams with benchmarking, creating, capturing, monitoring, reporting, and optimizing OKRs and KPIs.
- Analyze and interpret data from brand, marketing, and communication initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reports for informed decision-making.
- Create statistical models for forecasting and quantitative impact analysis.
- Present findings to departmental team members and leadership.

This role requires you to have:
- Residence in the Bay Area
- 3-7 years of relevant experience
- Data modeling expertise
- Experience with big data sets
- Dashboard and visualization skills (Power BI or Tableau)
- API and data integration experience
- Experience with data/metrics repositories
- KPI management experience

The role requires relocation to or current residence in the Bay Area. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an onsite requirement twice a week. Work location is a hybrid model based in Oakland, CA.
