Project Data Analyst

Aptitude Health is looking for a Project Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. The role involves collaboration with accounting and finance teams to support project financial data and manage centralized databases for contractual and revenue information. They focus on accuracy and effectiveness in handling essential project details.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain project data across databases on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Set up new projects and ensure accurate integration with Account Services and business development managers.
• Review accounting and contracts for new agreements, including system updates.
• Oversee project and budget creation with quality control in multiple systems.
• Log variances in project setups and manage corrections.
• Research and maintain historical datasets.
• Collaborate with Account Services to collect and track operational data.
• Manage data for revenue events including participation and payment tracking.
• Support systems for revenue recognition and forecasting.
• Monitor operational performance metrics like utilization and financial KPIs.
• Assist in financial analysis for product profitability and pricing.
• Handle adhoc tasks and special projects.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience as a financial analyst
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
