• Design and implement high-performance data product components.
• Build robust frameworks for data ingestion.
• Synchronize data between on-premise and cloud-native systems.
• Develop scalable processing pipelines for data and ML.
• Manage sprint tasks and deliverables.
• Implement and uphold best practices in data engineering.
• Mentor data engineers in best practices and professional growth.
• Lead technical discussions and decision-making within the team.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of data engineering initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development in the data space.
• Proven expertise in Python, advanced SQL, and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes.
• Familiarity with Apache Spark and real-time data streaming.
• Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
