Supporting Data Analyst - Avendra International

This role focuses on managing the Avendra spend capture process and involves training, data transmission, and ensuring data integrity. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Execute timely and accurate data loading while ensuring system data integrity.
• Train and assist with Spend Upload Portal usage.
• Track and resolve issues with missing supplier files.
• Diagnose and resolve invalid data files following corporate policies.
• Utilize SQL queries and reports to identify and resolve data issues.
• Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders for spend submissions and issue resolution.
• Complete new distributor onboarding and certification processes.
• Aid in supplier spend reporting, tracking late fees, and other communications.
• Collaborate with Data Management teams to meet spend data needs.
• Support year-end data process and ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to technology initiatives and promote process improvements.

• Fluency in Spanish
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Organizational skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• 0-4 years of analysis or related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
