This role focuses on managing the Avendra spend capture process and involves training, data transmission, and ensuring data integrity. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Execute timely and accurate data loading while ensuring system data integrity.
- Train and assist with Spend Upload Portal usage.
- Track and resolve issues with missing supplier files.
- Diagnose and resolve invalid data files following corporate policies.
- Utilize SQL queries and reports to identify and resolve data issues.
- Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders for spend submissions and issue resolution.
- Complete new distributor onboarding and certification processes.
- Aid in supplier spend reporting, tracking late fees, and other communications.
- Collaborate with Data Management teams to meet spend data needs.
- Support year-end data process and ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to technology initiatives and promote process improvements.

This role requires you to have:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- 0-4 years of analysis or related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
