In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Extract data from various sources and perform accuracy checks.
• Analyze extensive datasets to identify trends and impacts.
• Collaborate with leadership to determine suitable modeling techniques.
• Communicate project timelines and potential delays to management.
• Work on the creation and application of statistical models in production.
• Produce supporting exhibits for analytic approaches and model development.
• Explain modeling efforts within the team and influence stakeholders.
• Document production-approved models.

This role requires you to have:

• Expertise in statistical modeling techniques like linear regression, logistic regression, and GLM.
• Proficiency in machine learning tools and languages such as Python.
• Strong skills in querying languages like SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with cloud computing services such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Familiarity with Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Basic understanding of mortgage insurance or the US mortgage ecosystem.
