• Aggregate and harmonize data from various sources including EMR and insurance databases.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to identify trends and provide predictive insights.
• Build interactive dashboards to present data findings clearly for various stakeholders.
• Stay updated on advancements in healthcare analytics to recommend data infrastructure improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, data analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of data analysis experience in healthcare.
