In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Respond to retirement benefits inquiries and collaborate with vendors for issue resolution
  • Reconcile payroll contributions for 401(k) plans and conduct related audits
  • Support review of retirement data with third-party administrators and actuaries
  • Assist with federal filings, annual and corporate audits, and regulatory agency audits
  • Prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines
  • Compile, verify, and analyze benefit administration data
  • Ensure retirement plans comply with company, state, and federal regulations
  • Stay informed on legal, regulatory changes, and trends in retirement benefits
  • Handle additional tasks and special projects as needed

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • Two years of experience with retirement plans or data analysis
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Initiative and results-oriented
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities

You would benefit from having:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
