In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Act as a Data and Process Analyst for various business systems.
- Develop solutions for business reporting and visualization using laboratory data.
- Evaluate and address data visualization needs and issues.
- Create and refine data models and dashboards for strategic insights.
- Integrate data from multiple sources for performance modeling.
- Build dashboards with predictive analytics components.
- Resolve data reporting issues.
- Assist in creating output for executive presentations.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience or Master's degree with 2+ years experience in data and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Competence in data modeling and warehousing.
- Experience with large datasets and data mining techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
