In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop dashboards to track key performance indicators

• Assess trends in student enrollment, retention, and graduation rates
• Evaluate academic programs and initiatives

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
• Two years of software support experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
