Arthritis Foundation requires a CRM Data Analyst to join their home office within the Constituent Strategy Department. The role is vital for managing and optimizing Salesforce data reports, contributing to data-driven decisions. Collaborating with the VP of Constituent Strategy and various teams, the analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and improving data processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Optimize existing reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs
• Develop new reports and dashboards
• Handle ad hoc data export and import requests
• Monitor data processes for quality assurance
• Conduct data audits and CRM health checks
