The HR Data Analyst for Workforce Planning and Analysis will play a key role in enhancing organizational data literacy and facilitating data-driven decision-making. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop visualizations, analyses, and reports on HR data from various sources.
- Facilitate requirements gathering for Oracle report development.
- Maintain Oracle Analytics reports and dashboards.
- Compile and review analytical and statistical guidebooks.
- Conduct regular data accuracy checks and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal customers to understand their data needs.
- Develop and deliver internal training on metrics and software.
- Collaborate on project management tasks with Visier.

This role requires you to have:
- Familiarity with Oracle report development and analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong communication abilities.
