In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather requirements for Oracle report builds.
• Build and maintain Oracle Analytics reports and dashboards.
• Compile analytical guidebooks focused on HR data.
• Define the scope and format of guidebooks and analyses.
• Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation.
• Understand internal customer information requirements.
• Facilitate internal training and develop learning materials.
• Collaborate on project management efforts with Visier.
• Identify trends and provide decision-making recommendations.

This role requires you to have:

• High School diploma with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience.
