In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for Oracle report builds.
- Build and maintain Oracle Analytics reports and dashboards.
- Compile analytical guidebooks focused on HR data.
- Define the scope and format of guidebooks and analyses.
- Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation.
- Understand internal customer information requirements.
- Facilitate internal training and develop learning materials.
- Collaborate on project management efforts with Visier.
- Identify trends and provide decision-making recommendations.

This role requires you to have:
- High School diploma with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
- Comfortable with Visier
- Project management experience
- Experience with visualization software like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with HR data
