The role is based at the Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis and supports the Quality Management department. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Handle various general clerical tasks to aid assigned areas or programs.
• Prepare and process written communication like correspondence, forms, and reports.
• Engage in communication via in-person meetings, telephone, and email and manage visitor inquiries.
• Assist in organizing and conducting meetings, conferences, and special events.
• Maintain and organize filing systems and manage supply orders.
• Input data from different sources into databases and verify data accuracy.
