Data Analyst, Managed Care Analytics

The Data Analyst will join the Managed Care Analytics team to drive data insights and support healthcare delivery transformation. This position offers a fully remote work arrangement, focusing on data analytics and strategy development to optimize healthcare solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and complete projects on payer strategy tools, market dashboards, and facility contract models.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative analyses to effectively communicate data insights.
• Utilize reporting tools to present data insights, including dashboards and custom datasets.
• Collaborate with various departments to connect trend evaluations with financial outcomes.
• Support fellow analysts in creating and evaluating analyses.

This role requires you to have:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, Associate's degree, or a Bachelor's degree.

You would benefit from having:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
