Ascension is a leading non-profit, faith-based national health system with over 134,000 associates and 2,600 sites of care. The role exists within the Workforce Planning and Analysis Department to support various HR projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide statistical support to the Workforce Insights Team and groups within HR
• Use analytic reasoning to identify problems and develop hypotheses
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement studies, analyze data, and provide recommendations
• Apply best techniques for improving organizational effectiveness and employee experience
• Conduct literature reviews and draft reports, slide decks, and manuscripts

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with statistical methods (exploratory/descriptive analytics, hypothesis testing, regression)
• Experience with survey psychometrics (survey design and validation, factor analysis, SEM)
• Experience in Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib or ggplot)
• Exposure to relational databases (SQL)
