The Senior Data Analyst plays a crucial role in data handling and reporting to aid in quality improvements within the HIM Coding Documentation department.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in data collection and analysis.
• Compile necessary analytical and statistical reports.
• Define and recommend report scopes and formats.
• Oversee the creation of ad hoc management reports.
• Provide leadership and training on report access and data interpretation.
• Identify data trends and recommend quality improvements.

This role requires you to have:
