The Data Analyst role focuses on generating actionable insights to support organizational performance and decision-making. Collaborating across teams, the analyst aims to refine processes and measure program impacts effectively.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from diverse sources for insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Identify patterns and opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Ensure data accuracy and security compliance.
• Automate KPI tracking and report program successes.
• Support teams in process improvement and outcome measurement.
• Contribute data insights for grants and strategic initiatives.
• Manage master data, enforce validation processes, and oversee security.
• Enhance the data warehouse and implement system upgrades.
• Train users and mentor junior staff to promote a data-driven culture.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of data governance practices.
