ERG, a prominent research and consulting firm, is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join their organization. The role is essential for supporting database development and data analysis for a Department of Defense client. Located at a federal site in Indian Head, Maryland, the position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on improving data quality and accessibility.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop database solutions to enhance data management workflows.
• Analyze existing data processes to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop SharePoint solutions.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Maintain documentation for data management processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data management practices.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and engage with diverse stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related fields.
• 5+ years of data management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with SQL, and knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, ArcGIS.
• Familiarity with facility asset management applications like Archibus and Maximo.
• Previous experience with DoD systems.

Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret-level security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as the position is ineligible for Limited Access Authorizations. Relocation to Indian Head, MD, prior to start is necessary. Alternative work schedules may be considered.
