In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

- Utilize statistical analysis to improve business performance.

- Monitor product performance with actuarial and performance analytics teams.
- Identify market changes affecting product offerings and pricing.
- Lead projects involving data manipulation, analysis, and modelling.
- Conduct pattern analysis to uncover business opportunities and weaknesses.
- Collaborate with actuaries on product, pricing, and underwriting strategies.
- Create automated solutions to streamline technical processes using Microsoft tools.
- Maintain departmental data and support data analysis initiatives.
- Participate in QA tasks for data warehouse and business intelligence applications.

This role requires you to have:
- 2-5 years experience as a product analyst.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
- In-depth understanding of personal insurance business.
- Leadership, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SQL.
