In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze complex problems and provide data-driven insights.
• Support product management by delivering high-quality reports and analysis.
• Utilize statistical analysis to improve business performance.
• Develop scalable data reporting solutions.
• Monitor product performance with actuarial and performance analytics teams.
• Identify market changes affecting product offerings and pricing.
• Lead projects involving data manipulation, analysis, and modelling.
• Conduct pattern analysis to uncover business opportunities and weaknesses.
• Collaborate with actuaries on product, pricing, and underwriting strategies.
• Create automated solutions to streamline technical processes using Microsoft tools.
• Maintain departmental data and support data analysis initiatives.
• Participate in QA tasks for data warehouse and business intelligence applications.

This role requires you to have:

• 2-5 years experience as a product analyst.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• In-depth understanding of personal insurance business.
• Leadership, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SQL.
