Data & Analytics Engineer

ASRC Construction seeks a Data & Analytics Engineer with expertise in data engineering, ETL processes, and application integration. This role is pivotal in building robust data workflows that drive business intelligence, working closely with analytics teams and stakeholders to deliver insights and solutions to enhance decision-making processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes.
• Create reusable data models and frameworks using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Integrate Databricks with ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Design integrations between Oracle ERP and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Ensure data accuracy and optimize data storage in Oracle and SQL Server Databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and create Power BI dashboards.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL/ELT development.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of Kimball Method for data warehouse design.
