In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct data pulls, cleaning, manipulation, and integration using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Develop workflows and dashboards with tools like Jira and PowerBI to enhance data visibility and adherence to standards.
- Automate data processes to streamline operations and reporting.
- Engage with senior leaders to refine informational requirements and develop appropriate dashboards.
- Coordinate with software testing staff to ensure compliance with data recording and reporting best practices.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Jira or similar SDLC software
- Experience with Python and SQL
- Experience with Power BI or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strategic thinking capability

- Experience in healthcare systems, particularly medical coding and informatics
