This role supports two Operating Group VPs and a headquarter Director in business development operations, with options for remote work or a location in Reston, VA.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Track business development expenses and create comprehensive reports on new business expenditures.
• Coordinate internal project setups, workforce entries, and ensure correct charging for business development activities.
• Manage vendor agreements and invoices.
• Monitor CRM Pipeline data accuracy and develop reporting capabilities.
• Support Opportunity Gate Reviews and manage related documentation.
• Perform statistical analytics and gap analysis for business development operations.
• Prepare and deliver inputs for business reviews and support business communication within groups.
