The Product Management team aims to align market trends and client needs with product enhancements and innovations.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate on channel-driven product enhancement projects.
- Research business ideas and market opportunities for new product ideas.
- Analyze product costing and rate making at a state level.
- Develop new product features and market positioning.
- Enhance quality standards, policy language, and pricing.
- Present business plans for new product opportunities.
- Direct internal resources and vet external vendors for product implementation.
- Conduct product testing analysis for positioning and profitability.
- Stay informed on industry and consumer trends.
- Assist in internal training and client presentations as a product expert.
- Support geographical reporting and analysis, including exposure analysis.

This role requires you to have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product analysis within the P&C industry.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform under changing priorities and resources.
You would benefit from having:
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience with SQL.
- Understanding of P&C industry form interpretation.
- Experience with homeowners or condo insurance.
- Strong relationship building and influence skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines.
