ATC offers an opportunity to join the PSERS team as a Data Analyst. The role is pivotal in advancing enterprise risk management objectives and involves developing analytical solutions. The Data Analyst collaborates closely with internal partners to drive strategic insights and enhance business capabilities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal partners to comprehend business strategies and goals.
• Lead projects by structuring business requests and translating them into analytical approaches.
• Provide guidance on performance reporting and risk management practices.
• Gather and validate structured and unstructured data.
• Conduct historical data analyses to identify trends and provide insights.
• Create visualizations and presentations to convey analytical insights.
• Manage ongoing analytical and reporting processes.
• Enhance team knowledge by sharing and documenting best practices.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of three years related experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent training and experience.

You would benefit from having:

• Stakeholder management experience
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience in risk management
