Senior Data Analyst

ATC is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to conduct complex administrative duties and data analysis. The role involves identifying trends, addressing business issues, and supporting various projects and departments. The successful candidate will be pivotal in handling significant data-related responsibilities and providing strategic analysis.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform job tasks with minimal supervision
• Extract primary data from Oracle Database using SQL
• Analyze data using statistical techniques and generate reports
• Provide timely and accurate data for internal and external requests
• Cleanse data for research projects
• Analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Oversee evaluation and research projects
• Communicate evaluation plans to leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with external research partners
• Develop and monitor data requests
• Manage and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Summarize and explain research findings and implications
• Prepare research findings for publication
• Review and abstract published research
• Create data visualization dashboards using Tableau

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years in a lead or supervisory role, or associate's degree and four years of related experience, two years in a lead role
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or equivalent position
