The organization seeks a dedicated Client Services Data Analyst for their Property & Casualty department to provide analytical support and enhance operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Obtain and manage coverage documents for new claims
• Serve as a backup for outsourcing vendor ResourcePro
• Act as a subject matter expert on carrier policy issuance systems
• Handle reconciliation issues with vendor banking system, Vitesse
• Generate bordereaux and loss run reports
• Create support for deductible billing
• Assist with non-standard client billing
• Provide documentation for client audits
• Offer general office support and handle phone calls
• Document activity in claim notes
• Update claims information in the system
• Collaborate with Claims Assistants and Supervisors
• Support Accounting in resolving billing inquiries
• Research claim inquiries and address special projects
