In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and address data anomalies in meter read, customer, and financial information.
• Conduct data cleansing, migration, conversion, archiving, and backups.
• Assist with data entry into computerized databases.
• Manage data quality assurance and overall data management processes.
• Research and analyze billing systems to resolve user inquiries.
• Track and close billing cycles weekly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly utility bill registers, reconciling transactions.
• Cross-verify bill cycle calculations against control card and transaction details.
• Provide management with data summaries and recommendations for process improvements.
