The Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts, established in 1925, serves the auto insurance industry by providing advisory rate and rule services. The role of Data Management Analyst is pivotal to ensuring the integrity and improvement of the Detail Claim Database. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team focused on data analysis and process enhancement to benefit member companies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing, analysis, and storage of claim files for the quarterly DCD Claim Review.
• Maintain codes and processes for the Review and prepare final exhibits.
• Conduct meetings with companies to discuss findings and promote data quality improvements.
• Maintain DCD documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Handle DCD data submissions, resolving issues and communicating with companies.
• Research and populate the DCD Provider File, assigning Provider IDs.
• Support member staff and DCD users by resolving inquiries and assigning User IDs.
• Contribute to department and company functions as needed.

This role requires you to have:

• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

• 2 years' experience in automobile claims handling
