In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Inspection Services and resolve stakeholder issues.
• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers.
• Utilize business intelligence to analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
• Prioritize IT projects to enhance market impact and responsiveness.
• Guide the Operations Team and IAA Mobility Team towards strategic goals.
• Engage in sales efforts and meetings with providers.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align needs and feasibility.
• Promote teamwork and set a personal example of professional performance.
