In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Draft policy forms to support business goals within deadlines.
• Participate in product development and enhancement processes.
• Analyze state-specific language requirements for policies.
• Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and other departments to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Conduct competitive analysis on insurance products and policies.
• Assist in the review of product proposals and marketing materials.
• Manage and maintain a forms library and handle filing submissions.
• Research and negotiate policy objections with state departments.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree with Product Analyst experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in Accident & Health insurance product drafting.
• Effective policy wording skills to achieve business objectives.
• Project management and self-starter abilities.
• Familiarity with A&H regulatory requirements and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
