Axos Bank, a digital-first financial institution, is searching for a Junior Data Analyst to join their dynamic C&I Lending Analytics team. In this role, they aim to support data-driven decisions crucial for business processes. The position involves collaboration with senior analysts to enhance the company's data analysis capabilities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct data mining and generate business intelligence reports using SQL, SSRS, Tableau, and Excel.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Create reports for asset management using the bank's systems.
• Assist in data architecture management and ensure data integrity.
• Support various projects and team initiatives as directed by management.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with SQL
• Proficiency in Tableau
• Python knowledge
• Excel expertise
• Background in banking or financial services
