B.E.A.T. LLC is looking for two skilled Data Scientists to join their team. The positions require substantial expertise in Army Vantage, MAVEN, and data science methodologies. Candidates will work remotely, collaborating daily with key stakeholders to support critical mission objectives in Army and NATO sustainment processes.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with G4 process owners to understand requirements and develop solutions.
- Create algorithms using programming languages like R, Python, SQL, or NoSQL.
- Use Army Vantage for data analysis and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain applications based on MAVEN for operational support.
- Work with distributed data tools such as MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark.
- Conduct data exploration, cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
- Develop predictive models and quantitative analyses.
- Analyze data using machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
- Support Army Sustainment processes in transportation, supply, and logistics.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience with Army Vantage and MAVEN tools.
- Expertise in distributed data or computing tools like Hadoop, Hive, Spark.
- Skills in data exploration, analysis, and visualization.
- Knowledge of Army sustainment processes, including transportation and logistics.
- Proficiency in statistical and general-purpose programming languages.
You would benefit from having:

- Experience in developing predictive models and conducting quantitative analyses.
Candidates must have a Secret security clearance and will work a standard 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday with no nights or weekends.
