Data Analyst (SME)

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support the customer's enterprise data analytics group.
• Develop and maintain a governance approach for multi-tenancy on the Splunk SOAR platform.
• Diagnose enterprise data issues involving desktops, servers, and network devices.
• Configure and utilize KPIs and glass tables with Splunk ITSI.
• Brief external and internal stakeholders on data analysis related to network performance.
• Work with cloud and on-premises systems and manage tasks using ticketing systems like JIRA and ServiceNow.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with IT enterprise data analysis.
• Skill in configuring KPIs and glass tables with Splunk ITSI.
• Capability to brief sponsors on data-network performance correlation.
• Familiarity with cloud and on-premises system configurations.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
