Data Analyst I

BakerRipley, a community-driven organization, is seeking a Data Analyst I to enhance the Workforce Solutions program. The role focuses on ensuring that data and reporting tools meet the needs of all stakeholders, from management to system operators. As part of a dedicated team, you will document and develop reporting processes, contributing to organization-wide improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains database queries and reporting applications.
• Creates ad-hoc SQL queries and R&R Report Writer reports.
• Produces customer service and billing reports for distribution.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities through data tools.
• Evaluates new data tools for potential office staff implementation.
• Maintains problem-solving attitude during interpersonal conflicts or time pressures.
• Represents the agency professionally to partners and stakeholders.
• Supports department compliance with adequate reporting.
• Addresses and resolves customer and vendor complaints promptly.
