In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct complex modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop business plans and conduct long-range planning
- Monitor and improve operational performance
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for internal and external use
- Lead or participate in projects or process improvement initiatives
- Provide analytical and operational support to the business unit

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
- 4-7 years of related business experience or 6-9 years in lieu of a degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of performance analysis practices
