In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret extensive data sets to guide business decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Utilize applications and technologies to forecast trends and communicate findings to leaders.
  • Coordinate product performance reports and updates for senior management.
  • Generate and assess monthly monitoring and tracking reports for strategy performance.
  • Develop SAS or SQL programs for strategy validation and optimize existing codes.
  • Collaborate with strategy stakeholders for Decision Strategy Governance assessments.
  • Conduct analyses to support Credit Assistance operations and decision-making processes.

This role requires you to have:

  • 1+ years of experience with SAS and SQL.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple functional areas.

You would benefit from having:

  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics.
  • Previous consumer collections or credit experience.
  • Experience with consumer credit data and applicable analytical tools.
  • 2+ years industry and programming experience using SAS and/or SQL.
  • Experience in consumer lending and collections.

The role requires working during the 1st shift for 40 hours per week.
