In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Monitor emerging trends and themes from social media research.
• Research and raise business intelligence and risk topics to issue owners.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand priorities.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on various topics and business lines.
• Identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data and analytics.
• Generate metrics and create additional visualizations from data.
• Link insights to business outcomes during analysis.

This role requires you to have:

• Hands-on experience with social media monitoring software
• Proficiency in constructing complex Boolean queries
• Data science expertise in handling large unstructured data sets
• Strong business writing capabilities
• Understanding of social media landscape
• Experience in data verification and analytics
• Attention to detail in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Ability to synthesize and present insights
• Strong collaboration with internal partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, and it operates on the 1st shift in the United States, requiring 40 hours per week commitment.
