Bankers Fidelity Life Insurance Cor is looking for a Power BI Developer/Data Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Power BI. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to support business decision-making. In addition, they will work with the IT team to ensure the availability and accuracy of data for reporting purposes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Power BI.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for reporting purposes.
• Design and implement data models, data transformations, and calculations to support reporting needs.
• Understand and contribute to the maintenance of data pipeline/data sources using SQL and Snowflake.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for reporting.
• Analyze complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data sources, report performance, and visualization accuracy.
