This role requires collaboration with agile development teams and business stakeholders to refine the company's product suite. The ideal candidate will leverage market trends to enhance banking industry solutions and support product roadmaps.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product demands.
• Assist the Product Owner in defining nCino product strategy and technology roadmap.
• Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and support the scrum team.
• Document feature requirements for systems design, development, and implementation.
• Provide training and create user guides for new system functionalities.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering laws.
