Informatics Data Analyst, Supply Chain

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain supply chain master data across multiple systems.
• Manage projects and perform system testing.
• Handle large statistical data sets for automated uploads.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in PeopleSoft.
• Support and train end users with presentations and live demos.
• Monitor systems and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with the reporting team to develop ad-hoc reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or healthcare ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
• Ability to multitask and communicate complex concepts.
