Baptist Health System KY & IN is expanding its team in Louisville by adding a Senior Data Analyst. This position is crucial for driving strategic goals in the department related to accuracy, standardization, and process improvement. The role primarily focuses on the architecture and management of data to support financial reporting and project execution.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Take charge of the technology stack to ensure stability and quickly address outages.
• Supervise the ETL framework and verify data accuracy.
• Develop automated reconciliation tools between external and internal data.
• Manage inventory of queries, ensuring documentation and schedule integrity.
• Work with Finance Users to document requirements and assist in design and architecture.
• Guide Data Analysts to adhere to best practices and perform code reviews.
• Verify and ensure transparency in new developments for Finance Personnel.
• Anticipate business changes and adjust processes accordingly.
• Design and document repeatable data processes and oversee quality assurance.
• Propose new procedures and automate journal entry processes from external sources.
• Maintain departmental documentation including functional and technical guides.
