The Product Analyst role is integral in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital product delivery with business objectives.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead product lifecycle under Product Owner's guidance
- Collaborate to define product features achieving business goals
- Capture and write user stories based on stakeholder needs
- Maintain industry knowledge to inform product roadmap
- Identify dependencies and impacts to product areas
- Act as Proxy for Product Owner when needed
- Coordinate and perform UAT with customer experience focus
- Develop training materials for internal customers on new features
- Run third-party solutions to enhance product capabilities
- Execute AB tests and analyze findings
- Set up data for support of Development Team
- Serve as a point of contact for development queries
- Analyze support issues to find trends and improvement opportunities
- Ensure platform stability and integrity through on-call participation and defect triage

This role requires you to have:
- 2-4 years experience in Product Management or similar roles
- 3+ years of digital experience
- Strong technical understanding and ability to translate to non-technical partners
- Organized and detail-oriented
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Waterfall or Agile SDLC
- Jira and/or Confluence experience
- Enterprise e-commerce platform experience
- AB testing and analytics platform experience
- Experience managing third-party vendors
- General business and financial knowledge
- Experience in retail or e-commerce environments
