Analytics Developer

Baylor Scott & White Health is looking for an Analytics Developer to join their team. This role focuses on supporting the 1115 Medicaid Waiver Directed Payment Program and other departmental projects aligned with system strategies. The role involves managing data and generating insights that drive performance improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather and document client data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop data solutions using various toolsets based on business requirements.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading into databases.
• Generate and distribute reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations.
• Validate and ensure the quality and reliability of data outputs and metrics.
• Document technical specifications and processes to ensure project continuity.
• Interpret data findings in business language for executive and clinical staff.

This role requires you to have:
