BayOne is looking for an enthusiastic Product Analyst to join their team in driving the success of the AI enterprise search platform. This role is crucial in translating business needs into technical requirements and promoting organizational change. The team aims to integrate innovative solutions while maintaining effective communication of platform updates.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for engineers.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by suggesting improvements.
• Develop and perform User Acceptance Testing plans.
• Create and implement change management strategies for platform adoption.
• Communicate updates and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct market research and track industry trends.
• Analyze user data to identify improvement opportunities.
