In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their search needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the engineering team.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing plans for feature validation.
• Create and implement change management plans, including training sessions.
• Communicate platform features and updates to diverse audiences.
• Conduct market research and analyze platform usage data.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a product or business analyst role
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proven skills in business requirements documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
