The Senior Data Analyst role is pivotal, working within the Commercial Fee Programs to drive operational improvements and provide essential support to U.S. business segments. This position plays a central part in optimizing complex contract activities, ensuring business risks and opportunities are well managed.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead continuous business process improvement and simplification with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate on developing and implementing an IT roadmap to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve gaps in commercial fee processes with stakeholders.
- Manage intake processes for contract operations to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee governance processes to standardize contract operations.
- Evaluate and communicate change management impacts.
- Accurately evaluate contracts and ensure timely delivery per contract terms.
- Create and maintain a consolidated contract tracking tool and manage system logs.
- Prepare financial budgets and projections for fees and incentive programs.
- Update training materials and procedures related to automated tools.
- Lead SOX audits with detailed analysis and mitigate financial risks.
- Provide ad-hoc reports to business partners and sales teams.
- Monitor performance metrics and SLA’s to achieve organizational goals.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial contracting or related financial activities.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and databases like SQL, Access, or Oracle.
- Proficiency in Power BI and/or SAP BI/BW for reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and business insight.
- Effective communication of complex concepts.
